چکیده
Knowledge of the pattern trait variation among accessions, and profiles accessions is crucial for improvement a crop. Twenty-one Amaranthus were evaluated in 2018 2019 to investigate extent genotypic diversity amaranth their profiles. Data subjected analysis variance, correlation principal component analyses. Taking stem weight (SWT) as yield, accession × yield-trait combination (GYT) biplot was employed accessions. Accession, year, year mean squares significant (P≤0.05/0.01) most measured traits. The first three components explained 88.18% observable identified plant height (PHT), number leaves per (NOL), root (RWT) major contributors. Significant (P≤0.01) observed association SWT with NOL, TBM, RWT. Accessions NGB00019 NGB00061 associated sector containing all YT combinations considered. However, best combiner yield other Further studies involving more traits should determine remaining

Investigation of Genetic Diversity and Relationships Among Agronomic Traits of Some Flax Genotypes
Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) from the Linum genus and Linaceae family is one of the oldest oil products in the world. A natural population with sufficient genetic diversity is necessary to select the desired phenotypic traits, so the study of genetic diversity and the correct selection of essential tools is the main breed of plant. Agriculture fac...
متن کاملphylogeography and genetic diversity of the lesser mouse- eared bat (myotis blythii) in iran
in current study, 63 samples of bat populations collected from differ regions were used for evaluating the geographic variations. twenty cranial and dental characters for traditional morphometric and landmarks method on the ventral, dorsal skull and mandible for geometry morphometric studies were used. statistical analyses of traditional morphometric and geometry morphometric data indicated low...
Genetic Diversity Evaluation of Some Walnut (Juglans regia L.) Genotypes in Meshkin-Shahr by ISSR Marker
Genetic resources are the most valuable national treasure of countries, being vital to identify, conserve and use them. The Persian Walnut (Juglans regiaL.), a diploid species native to the mountainous regions of Central Asia, is the major walnut species cultivated for nut production and one of the most widespread tree nut species in the world. This research was conducted in M...
متن کاملAssessment of genetic diversity among sunflower genotypes using microsatellite markers
Genetic diversity estimation of plant materials is one of the important pre-breeding activities in breeding field crops. Twenty-one microsatellite markers used to assess genetic diversity and relationship of 68 sunflower genotypes (Helianthus annuus L.). All of 21 pairs of SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) markers produced a total number of 49 polymorphic bands. DNA fragments ranged from 9...
متن کاملInvestigation of Genetic Diversity in some Chamomile Genotypes (Matricaria Chamomilla L.) using Morphological, Phenological and Essential Oil Traits
Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Medicinal plants have many applications in the treatment of humans, among which chamomile is one of the most valuable and widely used medicinal plants in the world. One of the most important breeding programs is the recognition of genetic diversity for the initial evaluation of plant masses. For this purpose, a study of genetic diversity and classi...
